Peanut Butter Chocolate Pie
Ingredients
1 9" graham cracker crust
1 1/4 cups creamy peanut butter
1 cup powdered sugar
2 tablespoons unsalted butter
1 1/4 cups whipping cream
1 tablespoon vanilla
4 ounces Semi sweet chocolate chips
1/2 cup whipping cream, for glaze
8 ounces cream cheese

Set aside 1/2 cup whipping cream for the Glaze. In a medium bowl with clean beaters mix all of whipping cream remaining sugar and vanilla until soft peaks form, about 5 min. - do not over beat.

Stir 1/2 of cream cheese mixture into whipped cream mixture mix and fold in the rest. Pour or spoon into pie crust.

Spread glaze over the entire top of pie. Refrigerate for at least one hour, but may be better to put in the freezer for an hour instead or made the day before. Store in refrigerator.
