Michelle Azar

First and foremost, I'm a Christian who loves to serve God in all that I do. Second, I am the wife of a wonderfully gifted computer repair geek (we've been married almost 4 years!). And, third, I am an 8th grade English and Science teacher, and I absolutely love my job. I have been teaching for 5 years and I can't see myself doing anything else--except being a mommy. I attended Azusa Pacific University where I recieved my B.A., my multiple-subject credential, and my M.A. in Education. I am currently attending Cal State Long Beach where I am working on a single-subject credential in English so I can eventually teach high school literature. I love, love, love working with kids--especially the feisty 14-year-olds--and am so excited to be able to still have time to cook and be busy around the kitchen. I watched my mom and grandmas cook a lot when I was younger, but they never gave me the reins; I learned a lot from Food Network and having to just get in there and do it! Faith, family, food, friends, and fun...that's my 5-step program! :)
