Grilled Peanut Butter and Fruit Sandwiches

Ingredients

12 slices white bread
butter, softened
1/2 cup crushed pineapple, well drained

Preparation

Butter both sides of bread. Combine peanut butter and crushed pineapple; spread evenly on 6 slices of bread. Top peanut butter mixture with cranberry orange relish. Close sandwiches with remaining bread slices.

Grill on both sides until golden brown. Cut in half and serve hot.
