Tomorrow, Michelle Obama along with other officials will reveal a new "plate" logo that will replace the old-school, outdated food pyramid. The food policies our government makes touches almost every aspect of our lives.
From black market margarine to the origins of the Meyer Lemon, a new exhibit from the National Archives, under the direction of award-winning Chef Jose Andres, takes a fascinating look at the history of food and the powerful influence of government food policies on our plates.
