Holly from Confessions of a Celiac created these incredibly elegant Gluten Free, Dairy Free Almond Elderflower Tea Cakes with Lemon-Thyme Icing. They're perfect for picnics, afternoon tea or snack, or even a light dessert. These individual tea cakes are sweet, but not overwhelmingly so and the lemon-thyme icing is the perfect savory-sweet topping for these travel-ready cakes.
