Fans of the Harry Potter series of books and films will love the Butterbeer jelly shots devised by Michelle Palm of the Jelly Shot Test Kitchen. The translucent gelatin shots are made with vanilla vodka, butterscotch schnapps and cream soda; after they're prepared and cut into cubes, top them with rainbow sugar and stick a wooden coffee stirrer into them to make them really pop.
Commenters on Palm's piece at Rock UR Party by Tablespoon noted that a French vanilla whipped cream topping mimics the foamy head of butterbeer. Will you try this Harry Potter-inspired shot?
