September 10, 2011
These grilled jalapeno poppers are the perfect appetizer to make at your next tailgating party.  Spicy jalapeno peppers are stuffed with monterey jack cheese and cream cheese and wrapped in salty bacon.  By grilling the poppers, the peppers take on a smokey flavor that pairs well with the rich cheese and bacon.  Once you put these poppers out on a platter, they will be gobbled up in minutes.

We also add cilantro to the cream cheese, put it into a freezer bag and cut the corner so we can fill the peppers quickly. ;)
