Note: Stay clear from this video if fish blood and guts are worrisome. Del Posto restaurant filmed this incredible footage of New York chef Hideo Kuribara breaking down a huge piece of tuna for his restaurant, Ushiwakamaru. The sheer size and amount of food in the tuna is awe-inspiring.
Music is a bit different, but the preparation is almost as cool as this video about pork belly.
