Seasonal Eating: Rhubarb Syrup

What else do you need to know, when you hear the words rhubarb and syrup? We think it means cool, fruity drinks on a hot summer day. Try this simple recipe, with th addition of vanilla sugar and lemon juice. You will be in love. 

 

Rhubarb Syrup

1.5 litres chopped rhubarb, not peeled
3 dl water
5 dl sugar
2 tbsp vanilla sugar
1 dl lemon juice
