This recipe was entered in The Foodista Best of Food Blogs Cookbook contest, a compilation of the world’s best food blogs which was published in Fall 2010.

Preparation

Put 1 pkg. of candy melts in microwave safe bowl and microwave on 50% power for 1 min. continue to do this every 30 sec. until completely melted (stirring at each interval)

Stir peanuts into melted chocolate.

With a teaspoon scoop some melted chocolate and peanut mixture on to a baking sheet lined with wax paper.

Let cool (I put them in the refrigerator to speed up the process)

To plate the finished candy..put on heart plate with white heart doily.

I really enjoyed these peanut clusters. They were so good. The white chocolate as well as the chocolate were equally good. I could eat a whole box of them!

These are so easy to make and a great gift idea - if they can last long enough to give as a gift! I like to use both types of chocolate and create a yummy combination. I also like using different kinds of nuts: almonds, pecans, walnuts. So yummy!
