I’m calling this a vegetarian lasagna Bolognese because it tastes and looks a lot like a regular lasagna alla Bolognese. I wasn’t trying to make it taste like meat, but overall it comes close to the classic flavors.

I’ve never been a breakfast traditionalist. It’s not that I am opposed to breakfast food at all. In fact, I love it. I just don’t let “breakfast rules” limit where the morning is allowed to go. I do promise, when ever you decide to eat this, this thing would make a bang-up brunch/ lunch/ or dinner.
