The crumb is super moist. It looks more sinful than it actually is! All you have to do is use the best quality dark chocolate. The darker, the better!

I usually smother the chicken with butter but today I rubbed it with olive oil and a nice mix of herbs and spices including turmeric. It adds a depth of flavor without overpowering the other herbs and spices and helps to make the most amazing gravy.

I thought a copycat P.F. Chang's recipe would for sure have to be complicated, but this one is not. At all. It's straightforward and simple and your hungry tummy will not be disappointed.
