I’ve been making these “ice cream” sandwiches since I was a kid. They are so easy and since they’re made with sugar-free fat-free pudding instead of ice cream they aren’t too bad for you.

Fancy a little tart? Picnic season is upon this household and I have been making mini tarts to pack away into the picnic hamper. Here is a fantastic cheese tart recipe from my Grandmother’s repertoire complete with a complimenting pastry.

He said we could pick up some breakfast burritos on the way....nah, I couldn't let that happen...and I have been into wraps lately, just like a few other blogger friends out there.

Standing on my soap box for a second, just a second, I promise. THIS WAS SO STINKIN' GOOD! Okay, I 'm down. I loved the way the butter, brown sugar mixture caramelized to the outer edges of the cake, making it a bit crunchy in some parts.

On busy weeknights and any other night we love fully loaded baked potatoes for dinner. I am a baked potato kind of girl. I can bake the potatoes and the meat ahead of time if needed and just reheat everything.

These Lasagna Bites are meltingly soft and cheesy straight out of the oven, but really “set up” nicely and that makes them really portable for travel. Add a green side-salad and you’ve got a great lunch!

These burgers changed every perception I’ve had about turkey burgers. I mean the name says it all, they ACTUALLY are delicious!! Very moist and full of flavor and even reminiscent of a beef burger.

This is the cake I made for the last Clandestine Cake Club Bolton. This cake is slightly spiced and very moist, owing to the sweet syrup drizzled over the cake after baking. It can also be served warm with custard or ice cream.

Spring is the time for green garlic. Look quick, because it will be gone from the farmers markets in the next week or so. I've never used it before and so I decided to buy a bunch a try a few things.

This may not seem like a very seasonal dish to share just now, whilst we are all basking in temperatures in the upper 20′s, but this really is an all year around recipe that is VERY family and child friendly and it makes a nice change for a family supper now and then.

When former plans to make gyoza fell through, I made my own generically-Asian-inspired dumplings. The impromptu dumpling-making session ended up being a delectable way to use up a bit of leftover tofu and wilting bundle of watercress.

I love the idea of wrapping up all sorts of yummyness in a crunchy green leaf of lettuce (or cabbage) and you can either serve these as finger food at a party, serve as an appetizer or pack up a few for lunch.

This a super delicious bowl of peanut-y green food. And feel free to throw in whatever vegetables you like or happen to have on hand. The sauce is completely versatile.

Tarts, pies and quiches are my favourites but I hardly make them because I always thought making the crust would takes up some time. I remember the first quiche I have eaten was many many years ago when I was still working in Petaling Jaya.

I had never heard of razzcherries. They taste like what the name implies, raspberry and cherry. They are cherries with a raspberry juice infused in them. They are plump and delicious. The unique form of antioxidants from the raspberry-cherry blend packs a healthful punch.
