Tieguanyin Oolong Tea
About
Tightly rolled and made in many styles, Tieguanyin is one of the best-known teas from China. In one style, it is darker than the local standard, as it has been roasted for eleven hours, and then finished for a few hours over charcoal. The resulting depth of flavor has notes of peach and other stone fruits. It can also be more lightly oxidized and roasted, resulting in a lovely green/floral flavor.
