Green Chili Casserole
Ingredients
1 can Green chiles
3 cups Low fat cheese
2 cups Skim milk
1 cup Egg substitute
1/2 teaspoon Salt
1 tablespoon Minced dried onion
2 ounces Chopped black olives

Preheat oven to 350 . Coat 7x11 baking pan with vegetable spray. Spread green chiles evenly over bottom of pan. Sprinkle with 2 cups of the cottage cheese. Whisk next six ingredients together in large bowl. Gently add the additional 1 cup cottage cheese. Carefully pour mixture over cheese. Bake 45-50 minutes, or until knife inserted into center comes out clean.
