Steamed Whitefish

Ingredients

2 tablespoons butter
pepper to taste
3 lbs. whitefish

Preparation

Butter upper part of Steamer, arrange cleaned fish in it, season, place over boiling water, cover and steam 15 minutes per pound, remove skin before serving. Serves 6.
