Ingredients

1 box of pudding mix to be cooked
1 cake mix with out pudding
1 (6 oz.) pkg. of chocolate chips
Nuts

Preparation

Cook pudding, mix cake in pudding. Place in 9 x 13 pan. Sprinkle chips and nuts on top and bake for 35 minutes at 350 degrees.
