Western Pennsylvania Cafeteria Workers Win Fight for Expired Food

June 16, 2012

School cafeteria workers in Western Pennsylvania are now allowed to eat expired food at their own risk without paying for the privilege. The union workers recently won the fight against an existing rule stating they had to pay for the food.

Due to health concerns, the union should consider banning anyone to eat expired food; after all, stores recently bannedexpired baby food from being sold.
