About

The cookie was originally sold at the Miami Bake Shoppe in Southfield, Michigan. The cook became too expensive to produce and was removed from the menu. I located the recipe in a "paper" book of recipes printed in the early 1970s. This has been my signature cookie for the last 30 years! Enjoy!!!
