This simple concoction magically recreates the flavor of key lime pie.

Ingredients

1/2 cup crushed graham cracker crumbs
12 ounces (1 ½ cup) vanilla infused Grey Goose vodka (or G.G with
12 ounces (1 ½ cup) light rum
1/2 cup lime juice
3/4 cup Coco Lopez cream of coconut

Preparation

Moisten the rim of chilled martini or parfait glasses with a sliced lime then press the glasses into a saucer of graham cracker crumbs to coat.

Combine the liquid ingredients in a pitcher with ice to blend and chill. Strain into the rimmed glasses.
