Elk Italian Sausage and Rice Soup

Ingredients
1 pound
Elk
Italian sausage
(or whatever meat you would like to use)

lg
onion
2 cans
chicken broth
1 cube
chicken
bouillon
2 cups
cooked rice
Preparation
1
In your pot,
brown
your meat and onion together. Drain if you need to.

Reduce
heat
to low and add the 2
cans
of chicken broth and chicken cube.

Salt
and pepper to
taste.
4
Cook the rice according to directions on the box.
5
Add the rice to the
soup
right before
serving!
