Ingredients

1 1/2 cups cooked potatoes
1/2 cup shredded sharp cheese
1/2 cup minced onion
Salt and peppr to taste

Preparation

Mash potatoes, do not add milk or butter. Mix all ingredients well. Place 1 tbsp. in pierogi dough and cook as directed.
