Pinoy Ice Scramble

Ingredients

1 cup Evaporated Milk
1 teaspoon Sugar
3 teaspoons Banana Flavoring
2 cups Shaved Ice
2 teaspoons Red Food Coloring
2 teaspoons Powered Milk
Chocolate Syrup

Preparation

Pour evaporated milk, banana flavoring, sugar and red food coloring over shaved ice.

Mix generously.

Top with powdered milk and chocolate syrup.

Serve immediately.
