Yield: 4 bowls

Ingredients

500

grams frozen peas

2

cups water

1

cube chicken stock (or vegetable stock)

125

grams shredded mozzarella cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Boil frozen peas with stock and water for about 10 minutes.

Step 2

Take pot off the fire.

Step 3

Using a hand blender, blend the peas with the liquid.

Step 4

Add the cheese into the blended peas.

Step 5

Add salt and pepper to taste.
