Ingredients

500 grams frozen peas
2 cups water
1 cube chicken stock (or vegetable stock)
125 grams shredded mozzarella cheese

Preparation

Boil frozen peas with stock and water for about 10 minutes.

Take pot off the fire.

Using a hand blender, blend the peas with the liquid.

Add the cheese into the blended peas.

Add salt and pepper to taste.
