Green Beans With Sun-Dried Tomatoes

Ingredients

cup Tomatoes, sun-dried
1 pound Green beans
3 tablespoons Water
4 tablespoons Italian dressing (light)

Preparation

In a small bowl, soak tomatoes in water. Set aside. Snap off ends of green beans and place in covered casserole dish along with 3 tablespoons water. Microwave on high for 4 minutes. Stir and continue microwaving on high for an additional 4 minutes. Let stand for 2 minutes. Drain water from sun-dried tomatoes and dice into small pieces. Mix tomatoes with salad dressing in a small bowl. Set aside. Drain beans. Pour dressing over beans and toss.
