Balsamic Reduction Salad

Ingredients

1 medium Vidalia onion
1 cup balsamic vinegar (250 milliliters)
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard (15 milliliters)
1/2 cup olive oil (125 milliliters)

Preparation

Grate onion directly into frying pan add balsamic vinegar and heat on medium stirring until balsamic vinegar is reduced to about half.

Add Dijon mustard and olive oil whisk all and let cool Drizzle over salad.
