Ingredients
3 lrg
Lettuce
leaves
1 tablespoon
Cream cheese
, softened
1 tablespoon Sunflower or
sesame seeds
Preparation

Wash
lettuce and
dry
on paper towel. Spread 1 tsp.
cream
cheese on each lettuce leaf. Sprinkle with sunflower or sesame
seeds
and
roll
up. Fasten with a toothpick.

TIPS FOR KIDS: If you
cut
your vegetables in small enough pieces you
can
actually
roll
them around on your
plate
and they
can
really be a lot of fun!
