Baked Stuffed Shrimp With Clam Stuffing

Ingredients

3 cups chopped surf clams
3 cups ground Ritz crackers
1/2 heaping tbsp. horseradish
1/2 heaping tbsp. dry mustard
1/2 tablespoon lemon juice
1/2 tablespoon Worcestershire
1 pound peeled
deveined lg. uncooked shrimp

Preparation

1. Drain clams. Place in mixing bowl.

2. Mix with crushed Ritz

3. In another mixing bowl mix butter, horseradish, dry mustard, lemon juice and Worcestershire.

4. Add to clams Ritz; mix well.

5. Layout shrimp in an ovenproof casserole dish. Cover with clam mixture. Bake 15-20 minutes at 425 degrees.
