Baked Pork Chop & Green Bean Casserole
Brown pork chops and season with spices above. Place in casserole. Add green beans with the liquid from can and 1 bouillon cube (beef). Deglaze pan with 1 cup water and add to casserole. Cover and bake 2 hours at 350 degrees. (Can be slow cooked in crock pot, instead.) After cooking, remove pork chops and beans. Thicken gravy with 3 tablespoons flour dissolved in 1/4 cup water. Serve with mashed potatoes.
