Ingredients

2 cups Fresh yogurt from Cow's milk-
Powdered Salt to add taste
1 teaspoon Cow's ghee-
1 cup Water
Asaafoetida powder- a pinch

Preparation

Churn yogurt along with water to make buttermilk

Add salt and set aside

Heat ghee in a wok.

Add cumin seeds pepper , let them crackle

Put Curry leaves and green chillies

And also a pinch of Asafoetida powder.

Add this tempering to the buttermilk

Serve it as a post lunch drink
