Turkey Bacon Cheeseburger

Ingredients

2 scallions, minced
1 tablespoon ketchup
1/4 tablespoon garlic powder
4 Arnolds Rounds, split and toasted
1 tomato, cut into 4 slices

Preparation

Combine turkey, scallions, soy sauce, ketchup and garlic powder in a large bowl. Gently blend in the cheese. Shape into 4 patties.

Heat ridged griddle and lightly coat with non-stick. Grill burgers about 5 minutes on a side.

Meanwhile, microwave bacon according to package directions.

Server burgers on round with bacon, tomato and lettuce.

About

These are incredibly good! The combination of the soy sauce in the burgers and using a hot cast-iron grill gave them a wonderful, almost smokey, flavor.
