chicken breasts, without skin |

Step 1 |
In saucepan combine peanut butter, soy sauce, sherry or scotch, lemon juice, brown sugar, garlic, Tabasco and water. Bring to a boil and stir until smooth. Remove from heat. |
Step 2 |
Brush skillet lightly with oil and add chicken breasts. Saute lightly until done. Transfer to dish and cover with sauce. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve. |
