Bacon and Swiss Quiche

Ingredients

9 inches pie shell (homemade of store bought is fine)
8 slices of bacon, crumbled (Or bacon bits)
1 cup milk
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper

Preparation

Bake pie shell at 450 degrees for 5 minutes. Sprinkle bacon and cheeses into shell. Beat together remaining ingredients until well blended. Pour into pie shell and reduce oven to 375 degrees. Bake at 375 for 35-45 minutes, until knife inserted into the center comes out clean. Let stand 10 minutes before serving
