Pinwheel Steak

Ingredients

1 pkg. bacon, hickory flavored
Meat tenderizer (optional)

Preparation

Place round steak on wooden block. Season with garlic salt, salt, pepper and meat tenderizer (optional). Use meat mallet to tenderize on both sides. Cut round steak in lengthwise strips, approximately 1 to 1 1/2 inches wide. Pinwheel strips and wraps in bacon, secured with toothpicks. Broil or cook on grill. Makes 8 to 10 depending on size of round steak.
