Green Peas Dhokla
1/2 cup Bengal Gram Flour(Besan)
1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
1 tablespoon Sugar
1 tablespoon Coriander Leaves, chopped
Salt to taste
1/2 cup Water
1 teaspoon Mustard seeds
Asafoetida - a pinch
1 tablespoon Oil
1 tablespoon Water
Blend green peas into a smooth paste using little water.
Microwave on HIGH for 3 minutes covered with a lid.
Remove and let it stand for 2 minutes.
Cover with a lid a microwave on HIGH for 1 1/2 minutes.
Remove, add green chillies and asafoetida and microwave for one more minute.
Remove from microwave and add 1 tbsp water.
Garnish with coriander leaves.
