Vanilla Cool Whip Dessert

Ingredients

1 cup flour

1/2 cup nuts

1/2 cup butter

LAYER 1:

8 ounces cream cheese

1 cup sugar

1 cup Cool Whip

LAYER 2:

2 sm. pkgs. instant vanilla pudding

2 1/2 cups cold milk

LAYER 3:

Remaining Cool Whip

Chopped nuts

Preparation

Combine crust ingredients. Pat into 9"x13" pan and bake at 400 degrees for 12 minutes. Cool completely. Beat together layer 1 ingredients (cream cheese and sugar). Fold in Cool Whip and spread over crust. Prepare layer 2 and spread over layer 1. Cover with Cool Whip and nuts. Refrigerate.
