Hot Chicken & Rice Casserole

Ingredients

8 cups chicken, cooked
diced
4 cups celery, chopped
2 teaspoons salt
2 cups Hellmann's mayonnaise
2 teaspoons onion, finely minced
4 cups rice, cooked
2 cups cornflakes or white crackers, crushed
2 cups cheese, grated (add 1 c. to above rice mixture (Velveeta m
4 teaspoons butter, melted

Preparation

Mix gently, but thoroughly. Place in a low, flat 4-quart casserole.

Put on top of rice mixture. Bake at 350 degrees around 40 minutes.
