Cherry Cherry Chocolate Cupcakes

Ingredients

1 package of Deep Chocolate VitaMix
2 egg whites
1 cup water
cup ΒΌ of Cherry flavored Craisins or dried cherries
1 teaspoon of cherry flavored extract
Cool Whip Free
12 Maraschino cherries to Decorate

Preparation

Prepare Vitalicious Deep Chocolate VitaMix according to package instructions.

Add Cherry flavored extract and dried cherry pieces.

Mix well.

Bake in festive aluminum baking cups for about 25 minutes.

Allow thorough cooling.

Dip muffin top side down into "frosting" and top each frosted cupcake with Maraschino cherry.

Tip: Do not frost cupcakes until ready to serve. That way you can still freeze any unused, unfrosted cupcakes for later.
