Ingredients
2 tablespoons frozen apple juice concentrate
1 teaspoon cornstarch
1/2 teaspoon mustard powder
1 cup half and half
1 teaspoon celery seed
1 teaspoon cracked black pepper
Preparation

Combine all the ingredients. Whisk until smooth, then cook, stirring constantly, in a 1-quart saucepan until creamy and thickened.
