Podravska Pogacha With Walnuts

Ingredients

500 grams wheat flour (type 550)
1/2 packet baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons sugar
120 grams butter
50 milliliters sour cream
200 grams walnuts, roughly chopped
200 milliliters milk

Preparation

Mix and combine flour and baking powder.

Add salt, sugar, chopped butter, sour cream and walnuts.

Gradually add milk and knead the dough.

Roll out dough to the size of the baking sheet.

Cover baking sheet with parchment paper.

Place the dough on the baking sheet, cut the surface (avoid cutting through) into equal peaces.

Cut the dough (avoid cutting through) into equal rectangles.

Bake pogacha in the oven at 200ÂșC for about 30 minutes.
