Guava Pineapple Drink

This drink is a favorite throughout the Caribbean.
For best results use firm yellow guavas to make the puree.

Ingredients

2 cups Guava puree
1 cup Pineapple Juice
1 1/2 cups Water
1 cup Brown Sugar or to taste
1/4 teaspoon grate nutmeg
Pinch of salt for balance

Preparation

Combine all ingredients in a blender

Mix on high speed briefly

Chill and serve on crushed ice
