Baked Fish Parcels

Preheat the oven to 350F, 180C, Gas Mark 4. Place each fish fillet or steak on an individual piece of foil. Divide the Basil, butter, white wine or lemon juice and Onion Pepper, between the four fillets or steaks before wrapping them in foil and sealing well. Bake for 20-25 minutes until the fish is cooked.
