1/4 cup fresh cream,
1 teaspoon mustard powder,
1/4 teaspoon salt,
1 tablespoon sugar,
1/4 teaspoon pepper powder,
2 teaspoons vinegar
3 tablespoons oil

Preparation

Blend together the fresh cream, sugar, oil, vinegar,

Mustard, salt and pepper powder in a bowl of ice.

Taste the mayonnaise, and adjust the seasoning

And vinegar to taste.

Store the homemade mayonnaise in a jar or plastic

Container in the refrigerator.
