Spinach & Feta Cheese Burgers, With Grilled Onions, Garlic and Tomatoes
10 ounces steamed spinach – squeeze all of the moisture out
4 oz. feta cheese – crumbled
2 tablespoons Worcestershire Sauce
1 onion – sliced
1 quart tomatoes – halved
1/4 pound bacon – cooked& drained on a paper towel
Prepare the bacon and set aside.
Heat the griddle and place the veggies on the griddle with a drizzle of olive oil and let them become golden.
