pound lean ground beef |

avocado, sliced |

large tomato, sliced |

Sprouts |
4 |
teaspoons Tahini paste |

Lemon juice |

water |

salt and pepper |

Whole wheat pita bread |

Step 1 |
Brown ground beef and season with salt and pepper. Set aside on paper towel to drain |
Step 2 |
In a bowl, add the tahini paste and mix with the juice of one lemon. It will thicken, so add water little by little until the mixture becomes thin enough to drizzle but not too thin. |
Step 3 |
Cut about a one inch slice off the top of each pita. Fill half way with beef, then add the vegetables. |
Step 4 |
Drizzle desired amount of tahini onto the vegetables. |

Instead of beef you can substitute ground chicken, ground turkey or even tofu.
