Lemon juice

Preparation

Put the egg yolks and cayenne pepper,
salt
and lemon
juice
in a
blender
.

Turn
blender
on and off real quick.
Melt
butter until bubbling;
turn
on
blender
and pour butter in slowly.
Blend
a few seconds until thick.
