Ingredients
cup
light-brown sugar
2 lrgs ruby-red
grapefruits
halved, and
at room temperature
Preparation

Preheat
broiler. Place grapefruit
halves
on a rimmed
baking
sheet. Sprinkle each half's
top
with 2 tablespoons
brown
sugar. Place under broiler for 6 minutes,
turning
pan, if needed, for even
browning.
Serve
immediately.
