Spinach Gnocchi With Goat Cheese, Leeks and Crispy Bacon

Ingredients

For gnocchi:
200 grams of spinach
200 grams of potatoes
250 grams of flavour 00
1 egg
for sauce:
200 grams of goat cheese

Preparation

Boiled potatoes.

Boiled spinach

Mashed separated and put it in a bowl with flavour,a little bit of nutmeg,salt and 1 egg.

Mix it with hands and make a "snake". Cut it in small pieces and put it over a table with a little of flavour.

Put boiled water and at same time prepare the sauce.

Cut the leeks very thin and fried it in a little bit of olive oil and cut the goat cheese in small pieces. Put all in a long glass and mix it with salt,black pepper, a spoon of olive oil a just a little of boiled water.

Grilled the slices of bacon

Put the "gnocchi" in boiled water and not move it for a minute,only after this minute move it very very softly. When gnocchi comes up take it and put them in a path with the sauce (if the sauce is too dry you can add a spoon of hot water). Mix everithing and serve with the slices of grilled bacon
.
