Ingredients

1 med. cauliflower, broken in pieces
6 carrots, cut in strips
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup milk
1/4 cup melted butter
1/2 cup crushed soda crackers

Preparation

Cook vegetables in salted water until partially done, drain, put in casserole dish.

Mix soup with milk and pour over vegetables.

Sprinkle crackers on top and pour melted butter over. Bake at 350 degrees for 1/2 hour.
