Stir-Fry Rice Noodles With Tofu

Ingredients

8 ounces rice sticks (about half a package)
2 tablespoons sesame oil
1 package of flavored tofu, sliced
4 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons citrus soy sauce
4 tablespoons water
1 tablespoon sugar
1 teaspoon black pepper

Preparation

Soak the rice sticks in warm water for 30 minutes or until they turn soft and drain.

Heat oil in a wok. Add chopped garlic and stir-fry until it turns light brown.

Add shredded tofu and rice sticks, followed by the seasoning mixture (soy sauce, citrus soy sauce, water, sugar, black pepper).

Add sliced fried egg, bean sprouts and chopped scallions.

Stir-fry for a couple more minutes.
